About Me

Hi! I'm Meli, graduate from George Washington University in Washington, DC and Emory University in Atlanta, GA. I am a competition dancer and Public Health Professional currently working as a Clinical Project Manager for Northside Hospital System.

Outside of Healthcare I have 7 international dance titles from Canada, US, Mexico and Colombia in latin styles. I am a choreographer and actress with on-screen appearances in various commercials across the Latin American market.

Fuera de mi carera el salud, tengo 7 titulos de baile genero latinos al nivel internacional de Canada, EEUU, Mexico, y Colombia. Soy coreografa y actrice con unos comerciales que han salido para el mercado latinoamericano.

Nicole Diaz

Nicole Diaz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Health and Medical Sciences from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is the founder of the Sanger Sequencing Initiative (SSI) and the Program Coordinator of the Biotechnology Skill Development Program (BioTech SDP) at the Molecular Evolution Core Laboratory and served as the President of the Georgia Tech Salsa Club from 2020 to 2023. As a first-generation Colombian/Venezuelan/American, Nicole was actively involved in interpersonal student development throughout her undergraduate career and hopes to leave a lasting impact through her initiatives and relationships formed during her time at Georgia Tech and beyond. She will be starting as a Technology Consultant for Accenture LP this coming July.

Nicole enjoys traveling, dancing, singing, and voice acting and plans to continue her career development within those fields as well.

N-ZO, es un cantante y compositor nacido el 26 de junio en, Maracay, Venezuela. Desde una edad temprana, demostró un talento innato para la música, pero no fue hasta sus 17 años donde decidió comenzar su carrera musical.

Su pasión por la música lo llevó a formar parte de organizaciones musicales, se a formado en diversas academias para profesionalizar su voz , explorando diferentes géneros que van desde la balada, mariachis, salsa . Se a presentado en grandes eventos como certamen de belleza, fashion show locales e internacionales el pasado 2023 de octubre en el primer festival de reggaetón de Georgia “pum pum festival”

En 2023, NZo lanzó su primera canción titulada “Antes que el “.Desde entonces, ha continuado su ascenso en la industria, lanzando varios sencillos exitosos y actuando en importantes festivales y eventos musicales. Su música, ha capturado el corazón de los oyentes de todas las edades.”Latin flavor Mami “

Emilie “Mia” Mathura

Emilie “Mia” Mathura, MSPH DO is an osteopathic medical doctor starting her training in obstetrics and gynecology this year with Emory OBGYN. She is dedicated to improving health outcomes for all minority patient populations. She believes that empowering the next generation of minority physicians is a key part of that. As a Guyanese-American woman, she feels particularly passionate about mentoring students from Latin America and the Caribbean. She mentors premed and medical students through her group program Minority Majority Mentorship. Outside of medicine, you’ll find Mia dancing salsa and cooking up her favorite dishes with her partner, Biko.

Ricardo Trillos

Eli Dib Caiazzo is a prominent journalist and media professional. Throughout her career, she has been involved in the political arena and various media outlets, collaborating with digital platforms, radio stations, and serving as a spokesperson for various brands. Her versatility and ability to connect with audiences have earned her recognition as a skilled communicator, allowing her to deeply understand the power of effective communication and strategic messaging in the digital world and thru social media.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Eli is a passionate advocate for service, a passion that led her to co-create this valuable project called Latina Leads. As an immigrant, she uses her experiences, skills, and knowledge to assist others. She actively participates in causes related to women’s empowerment and aids vulnerable communities, working tirelessly to make a positive impact.
